We look forward to your upcoming visit to Spelman College. It is our hope that all visitors to campus, have an enjoyable and memorable experience and in order to do so we kindly request that groups adhere to our campus visit policies and procedures as indicated below.  
Campus Visit Policies:

• Upon arrival on campus, please visit the security gate and notify the officer on duty of your appointment.
• Tours last approximately 60 minutes and consists of a walking tour of campus. Groups will be provided with admissions materials. Admissions presentations are not included as part of the tour experience. 
• If your group consists of male and female guests, please make arrangements for male guests to tour Morehouse College by calling 800-851-1254.
• We enforce a group limit of 75 students.
• If you are planning visits to Clark Atlanta University or Morehouse College as well, please consult their visit schedule to coordinate efforts.
• If you are interested in enjoying lunch after your visit, contact the Alma Upshaw Dining Hall prior to your visit, at 404-581-0700 to make arrangements.
• For the safety and privacy of on-campus residents, tours of the residence halls are not permitted. 
• In the case of inclement weather such as rain, severe heat, thunderstorms or snow, tours maybe delayed or canceled.
• Wear comfortable shoes and clothing appropriate for the Georgia climate. 
• Plan to arrive to campus at least 15 minutes early to allow time for your group to be escorted by Admissions to the starting point of the tour. 
• Arriving late to your scheduled appointment will result in an abbreviated visit experience or cancellation.
